Description

FAIRSEAL BITUMEN is hot applied elastomeric sealant designed as an efficient cost effective for joints in concrete paved areas. The capability of accommodating repeated and pronounced cyclic movements is retained by FAIRSEAL BITUMEN throughout extremes of climatic temperature. FAIRSEAL BITUMEN is resistant to weather and hydraulic fluid spillage will not harden in cold weather nor become excessively soft or pick-up in hot condition. FAIRSEAL BITUMEN provides a high level of sealing efficiency over an extended period reducing maintenance cost. FAIRSEAL BITUMEN is formulated with the requisite proportion of special rubber and modified bitumen. It is designed for hot application and elastomeric sealant designed primarily to provide a most efficient cost effective sealant for joints in concrete under all climatic conditions.
