Description
FAIRCOAT ELASTOMERIC is a superior quality 100% acrylic, flexible and elastomeric coating formulated for outstanding weatherability and durability. It ensures excellent adhesion and provides barrier to ultraviolet light to prevent degradation of underlying substrates. The reflective white and light color lowers the roof & wall surface temperature that helps to reduce the cooling costs. It is an environment friendly product with waterborne formulations. FAIRCOAT ELASTOMERIC has excellent adhesion to the substrate and cures to form a flexible film that allows the surface to breathe and acts as carbon dioxide barrier thus protecting the concrete in aggressive weather conditions.
